    2. Doors and Windows: - Frame: Plywood with mica paneling - Door: Flush door with MDF and mica, height 8 ft - Windows: 3 track Domal windows
    3. Railing: - Toughened Glass (10mm) with SS top rail
    4. Bathroom Fittings: - Jaquar or equivalent - ₹35,000 per toilet
